At Bloomsygreenan, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our pre-sleep relaxation products. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange items from our restful collection, including the Aurora Mist Pillow Spray, Twilight Breathing Journal Set, and Serene Weighted Eye Mask, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every Bloomsygreenan product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return process. Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Products must be unopened and in resalable condition. Opened pillow sprays, used journal pages, or eye masks that have been worn cannot be accepted for change of mind returns due to hygiene considerations.

2.2 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your Bloomsygreenan product arrives damaged, defective, or fails to match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us within fourteen days of receiving the item with photographs of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a prepaid return label and process your resolution promptly.

2.3 Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately at feedback@bloomsygreenan.world. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged: opened or partially used Aurora Mist Pillow Spray bottles, Twilight Breathing Journal Sets with written entries, Serene Weighted Eye Masks that have been used or washed, personalised or custom-ordered products, and digital content or consultation services that have been fully delivered.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our team through the form at wind-down-contact.html or email feedback@bloomsygreenan.world with your full name, order number or purchase date, product name, reason for return, and photographs if the item is damaged. Our team will review your request within two business days and provide return instructions including the shipping address at our Barangaroo studio.

Please do not send products back without prior approval, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Bloomsygreenan is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within seven to ten business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds include the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product fault. If you received a partial order or promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid.

7. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange a product rather than receive a refund, indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative product of equal value. Exchanges for different products may require payment of any price difference.

8. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our return policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by this policy.

9. Product Warranties

Bloomsygreenan products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The Serene Weighted Eye Mask includes a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects in stitching and materials. The Aurora Mist Pillow Spray bottle and spray mechanism are warranted for three months from purchase date. The Twilight Breathing Journal Set is warranted against binding and printing defects for twelve months. Warranty claims should be directed to feedback@bloomsygreenan.world with proof of purchase.

10. International Orders

Currently, Bloomsygreenan ships exclusively within Australia. All returns must be sent to our Barangaroo NSW address. Return shipping costs and customs duties for any future international orders will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to product fault.
